I think "baked chicken" is so underrated. I mean, our Thanksgiving turkeys are best cooked in the oven, right? It's so comforting. Chadwick's chicken seasoning tastes simply amazing, and it makes our whole house smell amazing while it bakes!

I love how Chadwick says to bake chicken thighs to 195º. Because more of the fat drains out, the meat is still super moist and it finally has that "crunch" that is so irresistible!

I thought we sprinkled too much seasoning on a few pieces of chicken that were going in the oven, but when the chicken hit the plates we all agreed those were the best tasting ones!

This seasoning is CRAZY good on baked chicken with skin-on. But it's not as good with chicken on the grill, IMO. And for a whole bird I increased the oven heat to 375º to speed up the cooking time. I'm excited to try it out with my new toaster oven rotisserie next week! I'll keep y'all posted.
