I love how it says to bake chicken thighs to 195º. Because more of the fat drains out, the meat is still super moist and it finally has that "crunch" that's sooo irresistible!

This seasoning is CRAZY good on baked chicken pieces with the skin on. And for a whole bird I increase the oven heat to 375º to speed up the cooking time. I'm excited to try it out with my new toaster oven rotisserie next week! I'll keep y'all posted.
