Flame grilled goodness
You guessed it, Chadwick's baked chicken seasoning isn't just for the oven!
Slow & low
GRILLED BONE-IN CHICKEN: First, coat the chicken with oil. Then in a bowl, simply mix 2 tsp Chadwick's with 1 tsp garlic salt and sprinkle lightly on all sides. Grill over LOW heat until the internal temperature reaches 170º (about 40-50 min). Then increase heat to MEDIUM (shift meat until any flames ignited by the drippings subside) and cook until the desired amount of blackening has been reached.
Sautéed / Pan-Fried Chicken
A skinless chicken breast sautéed in a little oil is so easy to cook! For this quick-meal option simply mix 2 tsp Chadwick's with 1 tsp garlic salt and sprinkle lightly on all sides. Sauté over LOW heat until the internal temperature reaches 165º and the desired amount of browning has been gloriously achieved.

I love to grill. I love being outside when I cook. This seasoning with the garlic salt added is the best I've found.
